Travel fees are based on one-way driving distance from my business base in ZIP code 78660.

Hi, I’m Mikayla.
I’m the photographer behind Mik and Mortar. I help real estate agents and homeowners showcase their properties through thoughtful photography that captures both the big picture and the details.
Serving Austin and the surrounding areas, I offer interior and exterior photography, drone photos, and floor plans to give buyers a clear sense of each space. My goal is simple: make your listing look its best and the photography process feel easy.

How many photos will I receive?
You’ll receive as many photos as needed to showcase your property’s spaces, details, and standout features.
When and how will I receive my photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered via a Google Drive link within 24 hours of your shoot.
How should I prepare the property?
Have the property clean and photo-ready before I arrive. Clear countertops, put away personal items and pet supplies, make beds, turn on lights, and move vehicles out of the driveway.
Do you offer drone photos and floor plans?
Yes! Both are included in the Full Picture package. Drone photography depends on weather conditions and flight permissions at the property.
What if the weather is bad?
If weather affects the shoot, I’ll contact you to discuss whether we can proceed or need to reschedule.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact me as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment, so we can find another time.
Are there fees for larger homes or travel?
Homes over 2,500 and up to 4,000 sq. ft. are an additional $50. Larger homes require a custom quote. Travel is included within 25 driving miles of my base in 78660; longer trips have an additional fee confirmed before booking.
